Area 1 Report Opposes Mandatory Road Fees (MRF's).
According to Area 1 representative, Dan Brouillette, "Some of the new HARC leaders are trying to muddy the waters even further in Hawaiian Acres by pushing Mandatory Road Fees. These attempts have failed in court in the past and caused thousands of dollars that could have been used for road maintenance to be wasted (by HARC leaders)."
